What Stints keeps

• Your account: your name, your email address, your language and your time zone.
• Your stints: what you write in them (the pitch, the plan, commitments, proofs of completion, comments, posts), the files you attach, your votes and your answers to invitations.
• People you invite: the name you give them and, if you add them, their email address or phone number. They are used only to send or prepare that invitation.
• The emails the app sends you.

What it is used for

• Running your stints: showing each person what they need to see, sending reminders and results.
• Nothing else. Your data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with other users beyond the stints you are part of.
• Votes are anonymous: nobody in a stint sees who voted what.

Who handles it for Stints

• Supabase stores the data and handles sign-in (servers in the United States).
• Vercel hosts the app (United States).
• Resend sends the emails.
• Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google: Stints receives your name and email address from it, nothing more.

Cookies

• Only the ones the app needs: one that keeps you signed in and one that remembers your language. No tracking, no advertising cookies.

Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Deletion covers your account and what you wrote; it is done within 30 days.
• Stints is in private testing and is not meant for children under 16.
